In this role, you will support Redshift engineering, product, and operations. This will include working directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, assist pre-sales deals to onboard large scale customers, automate repetitive processes, and work closely with business and support teams. You will prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps with customers, and become intimate with the architecture of our systems, while also deeply understanding customer use-cases and configurations, and also help prioritizing features.
