 Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a professional demeanor. *Duties* ... Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. - Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide information. - Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot any concerns. - Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. - Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed to enhance customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements for service enhancement. *Skills* - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. - Experience with outbound calling and client services in an office environment. - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to analyze information effectively to address customer needs. - Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations. - Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
