Required Skills
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex loan terms and processes clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications
