Key Responsibilities: • Provide virtual instruction to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring access to a high-quality education. • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and adapted curriculum for online learning. • Offer targeted support and acmodations to help students succeed in the virtual classroom. • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed. • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention plans. • Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support their child's educational journey. • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in special education and online instruction.

Qualifications: • Master's degree in Special Education. • Special Education teaching licensure for Ohio • Experience in virtual instruction or a willingness to learn. • Strong munication and collaboration skills. • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students with diverse needs succeed. • The ability to create an inclusive and supportive online learning environment.
