We are looking to hire a motivated Paid Media Specialist who can be responsible with responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic and conversions. This role is a full-time remote position.

Requirements
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Has at least 2+ years of experience working in the DTC company/industry
• Extensive experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns
• Strong background in direct response marketing
• Proven ability to manage a minimum of $150k in monthly ad spend
• Analytical skills to optimize and scale ad performance
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a team

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Campaign management: Oversee and manage Google Ads and Facebook ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance
• Ad strategy development: Create and implement effective ad strategies, focusing on direct response marketing
• Budget management: Manage and allocate ad spend, ensuring at least $150k per month is being effectively utilized
• Performance optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for better ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative as needed
• A/B testing: Run A/B tests to identify winning creatives, copy, and audiences
• Reporting and analysis: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad copy and visuals align with campaign strategies
