Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Florida. *Position can be 100% remote, MUST be able to pick up equipment in Tallahassee**
These roles are part-time (25 hours/week).

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:  Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services  Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload.  Providing quality customer service and support.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications for the position include:
 Team Player with excellent communication skills.
 Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
 Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
 Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
 Minimum of two years experience in health care industry required.
 Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred.
 Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred.
 Associates degree preferred.
 Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
