Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote)

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.<br><br><strong>Deliverables/Principal Results Expected<br><br></strong><strong>Scope of Position &amp; Technical Competency:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Conduct screening on potential client calls.</li><li> Complete all documentation associated with client calls.</li><li> Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.</li><li> Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Competencies:</strong> Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug &amp; alcohol issues.<br><br><strong>Education, Experience<br><br></strong>High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
