<h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.</li>
<li>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.</li>
<li>Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
