Job Title: Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative Job Summary: American Airlines is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive travel experience. Key Responsibilities: ? * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels ? * Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations ? * Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently ? * Provide... accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures ? * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues ? * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends ?
