Process account transactions, such as payments, balance transfers, and rewards redemption, in accordance with client instructions and company policies. ? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex client issues, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: ? Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related field is preferred. ? Familiarity with American Express (Amex) products, services, and online account management tools is a plus. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ?
