Job Overview:
As an Online Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, answering their inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive and seamless experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through our online chat platform promptly and accurately
- Identify and resolve customer issues, including product inquiries, order tracking, and returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company's products, services, and promotions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate customer issues and feedback to the appropriate department if needed
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
