Contract Bookkeeper

- RedCircle is all about helping podcasters get paid.
- As a bookkeeper, you’ll be supporting the Operations team with day-to-day financial operations tasks and processes.
- Collaborating with our Finance Analyst and Director of Data Science & Operations to handle AR / AP, assist with customer invoices and statements, and some specific steps in our end-of-month reconciliation.
- Provide support to operations and other teams as needed, including ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
- Requirements:
- Strong experience in finance/accounting/bookkeeping with startups or media/advertising businesses
- Process-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
- Highly organized, skilled at executing defined processes, and enjoys checking items off a list
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with accounting software tools (Xero experience preferred)
- Experience with email communication tools (Hubspot experience preferred)
- Benefits:
- 15-20 hours per month during ET or PT business hours, clustered near end of / beginning of month.
