    As an Apple Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Apple, helping customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering world-class support for Apple products and services.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services.
  • Provide information on product features, services, and accessories.
  • Assist customers with order status, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate solutions.

    Required Skills and Qualifications
