Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Harrisburg, PAPay Rate: $17 - $18/hrShift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift - Remote after 90 days depending on performance.9:30 am - 6 pm is the primary shift needPosition Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls for account inquiries and applications.
• Process payments and update account information.
• Document customer concerns and follow up via mail or email.
• Perform account maintenance and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1+ year of customer service (Call Center preferred; retail acceptable).
• Good Tenure Needed
• Skills: Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (proof required).
• Must pass a drug test (within 48 hours of offer) and a 7-year background check.
Work Environment:
• Professional call center setting with a business casual dress code (jeans OK; no leggings or sweatpants).
