Reporting directly to the CFO, the Junior Administrative Analyst will be responsible for a variety of essential activities to ensure the efficient operation of the company's financial and administrative processes.

What will you do?

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable & Invoice Issuance: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and revenue collection while maintaining delinquency control. Prepare and issue invoices in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Supplier and Customer Management: Maintain and update supplier and customer records, ensuring accurate registrations and documentation.
  • Payroll & HR Administrative Support: Assist in payroll processes, including hiring, payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, and other labor-related obligations.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze financial performance against the budget, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Develop financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, delivering clear and concise insights.

Requirements

What do you need to know?

  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to perform financial analyses and prepare reports.
  • Strong knowledge of financial mathematics for data analysis and projections.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset (responsibility and commitment to results).
  • Advanced English is mandatory.


Great if you have:

  • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
