Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and improve customer satisfaction. Assist with product information, order statuses, returns, and troubleshooting. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers at all times.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with technology and multitasking. Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.
