What You?ll Do

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Utilizes and
supports the Open Door Policy.
Assists with and delivers base pay, incentives, and other company-wide rewards processes and strategies. Collaborates with stakeholders to
develop rewards processes and infrastructure. Models financial performance to inform accruals. Executes according to project plans. Identifies
opportunities and determines solutions for challenging rewards processes/programs, new designs, and difficult problems. Brings together resources.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and business segments to communicate. Identifies and recommends solutions for business challenges to
leaders and stakeholders.
Assists in the implementation of rewards solutions based on local, federal, and international regulations regarding compensation and incentives.
Understands and forecasts business/industry changes to develop requirements for domestic and international markets. Collaborates with technology,
business stakeholders, and suppliers to develop frameworks that enable the delivery of programs and drive efficiencies.
Manages the day-to-day execution and improvement of Total Rewards programs and initiatives through the delivery of global and localized
processes. Partners with key stakeholders (internal to rewards as well as business teams) to understand needs and business strategies. Develops
contingency plans to support changes in strategy direction. Partners with cross-functional teams to develop training content in order to address new
or changed processes and standards. Uses change management best practices to ensure new processes are accepted and utilized.
Helps with the standardization and integration of Total Rewards programs and initiatives by researching and analyzing industry and legislative trends,
domestic and in-country best practices, and current compensation plans. Benchmarks with third-party/labor segments and competitors to ensure
market competitiveness. Assists in the review of Total Rewards programs and practices. Ensures programs and initiatives align with the company?s
overall operating model. Evaluates and ensures the relevancy of content and applicability in multiple markets. Develops standardized processes,
templates, protocols, and procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to ensure alignment and implementation.
Analyzes, reviews, and supports proposals on a variety of compensation programs to meet business objectives and customer needs. Develops,
communicates, and implements business strategies, plans, and practices. Analyzes costs and forecasts. Determines and evaluates operational
processes. Measures outcomes to ensure desired results. Identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities. Demonstrates adaptability and
sponsors continuous learning.

Qualification ? Minimum Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science Engineering, Finance, or related field OR 2 years? experience in project management, Business, Operations, or related area. ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Compensation knowledge and/or research ? Six Sigma Certification

Experience required:
? Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and organizational skill
? Strong written and oral communication skills.
? Acceptable analytical skills.
? Ability to handle quick calculations and be able to manage large volumes of data.
? Ability to identify the validity of numbers through basic calculations.
? Experience using data analyst tools such as Alteryx and SQL Server.
? Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Other important attributes:
? Compensation knowledge
? Knowledge of the following systems, or equivalent: Alteryx, SQL query writing, Dataiku, tableau prep.
? Excellent modeling skills and ability to reconcile model after calculations changes are made.
