Responsibilities
? Gathers health data and assesses biometric information to pinpoint deficiencies in healthcare and delivers disease-related education and interventions tailored to the identified gaps with the supervision of a healthcare provider, qualified professional, or registered nurse.
? Explain guidelines and protocols to staff, individuals, guests, and official entities when necessary.

Qualifications
? Obtaining a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) credential are both important educational achievements for young adults
? CPR certified
? CNA/HCA certified
? LPN Preferred
? Having worked in a long-term facility for at least one year is preferred
