Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Responsibilities
? Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
? Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems.
? Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
? Inspect and test fire protection systems.
? Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
? Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Minimum Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry.
? Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
? Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
? A valid driver's license.
