Responsibilities
? Collaborate with Route Driver to collect waste and recyclable material
? Load and empty containers into the truck
? Operate hoisting devices to lift containers
? Assist with backing maneuvers during the route
? Report unsafe situations or service-related issues
? Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager
? Attend and participate in training programs and meetings

Qualifications
? Must be at least 18 years of age
? Legally eligible to work in the United States
? Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
