VP, Treasury Management Sales Officer

Reports to: SVP, Director of Treasury Management, Deposit Sales and Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Management Sales Officer will be responsible for selling, marketing, managing and educating on the entire set of Deposit and Treasury Management product and service offerings. The role will be to support and partner with Relationship Managers in Credit and/or in Deposits. The role will be to manage a portfolio of Treasury Management clients to enhance the bank's depository and treasury management business.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support
? Accountable for maintaining and owning the overall Client Experience for the Depository and TM Relationship
? Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Depository and Treasury Management products
? Assists in the development and execution of client onboarding and implementation, sales presentations, RFP's, client annual reviews, client risk assessments and TM analytics
? Participates in joint and independent sales calling efforts for the Credit and Treasury Management teams in order to recommend and solutions and cross-sell products

Product Marketing
? Performs periodic Sales and Marketing campaigns
? Provides education and knowledge of products to internal and external partners
? Provides industry insight and expertise to provide professional recommendations for depository and treasury management solutions

Product Management
? Provides analytics to clients to understand current processes and procedures to effectively manage day-to-day products
? Coordinates any technical support for complex Treasury Management efforts
? Effectively manages operational risk and compliance

Other responsibilities include
? Facilitating new processes, tools and training to ensure the clients and bank's success
? Maintaing a pipeline to effectively track and report on sales initiatives
? Assist in the development of the sales strategy, procedures to achieve the overall banks goals.

Education and Experience Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of combined sales and depository / treasury management experience - preferably at a financial institution

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Some flexibility in hours is necessary, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Travel:

Travel for this position is limited to travel for meetings/training.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications: ? Experience using the following ADP product a plus: Workforce Now, Enterprise E-Time. ? Advanced Excel skills. MUST be a team-player and have strong organizational, excellent communication and administrative skills. Detail oriented. ? Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. ? Proven track record of reliability and responsibility ? Discreet, able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately. High level of integrity.
