Virtual Customer Service Rep (U.S. Accent & Fluent English Required)

Part-Time | 20?30 Hours/Week | Long-Term Potential

We?re looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Virtual Customer Service Representative to support our growing office. This role requires fluent English and a strong American accent for clear, confident communication via phone and email.

?? What You?ll Be Doing:

Answering and managing customer inquiries via phone and email

Scheduling appointments and follow-ups

Responding to customer reviews (we already have 80?90!)

Quality checks on communication and customer experience

Helping refine scripts and customer communication processes

Participating in light training (as scripts and systems are finalized)

?? Schedule:

20?30 hours/week

Core hours: Mon?Fri, 9 AM?4 PM (MST preferred) (open)

?? Requirements:

Fluent in English with a strong American accent

Experience with customer service and scheduling

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reliable, organized, and proactive

Familiar with general computer tools and handling a multi line system

?? Pay:

$9?$22/hour, depending on experience

We?re in the early stages of building out training materials and systems, so you?ll play a key role in shaping how we operate. Potential to add more responsibilities or services in the future.
