Responsibilities
? Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg / Telemetry units.

? Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

? Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

? Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Requirements
? Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

? 1 full year of RN experience required.

? Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.

? Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.

? Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

? Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills are necessary.

? Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
