We are seeking a dedicated Structural Steel Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Structural Steel Foreman will be responsible for managing on-site operations, supervising workers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Must have a vailid Drivers License and willing to travil with in Arizona.
Responsibilities
? Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project timelines and specifications.
? Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide work activities.
? Manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera and Prolog to track progress and report on project status.
? Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
? Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
? Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
? Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
? Document daily activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any incidents or delays.
Skills
? Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
? Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
? Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or similar tools.
? Excellent quality control skills with a keen eye for detail.
? Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
? Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site promptly.
? Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
