Store Associate - Shortage Control - Part-Time

Monitor and maintain the safety and security of merchandise in the store.

Implement and follow company policies and procedures for shortage control.
Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members regarding any security concerns.
Assist with the implementation of loss prevention strategies.
Collaborate with store management to identify and address any areas of vulnerability.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Utilize strong attention to detail to accurately identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activity.
Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
