Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's spine products and their uses in patient care.
Identify potential customers and build relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote the benefits and features of our spine products.
Utilize sales techniques and strategies to effectively close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our spine products.
Continuously seek out ways to improve sales performance and increase market share.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient product delivery and support.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share market insights.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance knowledge and skills.
