Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Intermodal & Auto markets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and customer service.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development, to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Represent CSX at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
