About the position

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Oncology Key Account Manager for the Pennsylvania territory. This role is pivotal in leading the development and execution of customer engagement strategies for Innovative Accounts, aimed at driving growth across a diverse portfolio of Oncology products. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison to our Specialty Care Group (SCG) partners, focusing on access opportunities, which includes ideation for complex contract strategies, education, contract implementation, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pull-through. The Senior Oncology Key Account Manager will also seek innovative opportunities beyond traditional access positions, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Oncology to create effective solutions while balancing strategic choices. This role involves contributing to and driving the short and long-term vision for an Innovative Account Plan, integrating and leading key overlapping Johnson & Johnson partners with aligned action plans and deliverables. Additionally, the position requires shaping and informing treatment guidelines, standards of care, and coordinating new product launches in sophisticated disease areas with targeted therapies. The manager will gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, translating these insights into strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes. Building strong customer relationships and partnering with key stakeholders to co-create compliant value solutions to enhance patient care is essential. The role also involves embedding the Janssen portfolio and services into the Innovative Account Infrastructure, preparing markets for launch brands, and serving as a Brand or Project lead/liaison to shape opportunities with the Field Franchise team. Finally, the Senior Oncology Key Account Manager will analyze internal and external market data to assess business opportunities and priorities, considering the impact of regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends to elevate customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Requirements
? A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
,
? A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with at least four (4) years in Key Account Management.

? In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including key stakeholders and delivery of care models.
,
? Ability for up to 40% travel, including overnights, is required.
,
? A valid driver's license within the 50 United States is required.

? At least two (2) years of management or people leadership experience.

? Diverse work experience and cross-functional experience with internal processes (marketing, training, analytics, etc.).
