This senior banking manager position would be an ideal career opportunity for a person who is currently a manager of a single branch and wants to expand their skills in managing multiple branches within the Gettysburg PA area. Role Description:
This rewarding career opportunity requires an individual who has the ability to lead a team of bankers to achieve both operational and sales success within multiple offices of the Bank. Our Community Banking Managers are leaders in the communities they serve by meeting the financial services needs of our customers and actively participating in local community events.
Responsibilities: ? Implements, manages and promotes the growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office in support of the Bank's business objectives; ? Oversees the day to operational effectiveness of the office ensuring operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements are met; ? Leads and manages the office staff by organizing work activities and directly supervising assigned personnel; ? Provides exceptional customer service by assessing and addressing customer needs answering questions regarding Bank products and services and makes recommendations; ? Implements sales programs as directed which includes assisting in developing sales promotions and ensuring staff achieve their office sales and referral goals; ? Coaches, develops and mentors subordinates; and ? Actively participates in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank.
Qualifications:
Required
? A high school diploma or equivalent;
? Demonstrated previous retail banking leadership experience including the coaching and mentorship of staff;
? Previous experience in promoting sales and profit objectives;
? Proficient interpersonal relations, communication, and sales skills;
? Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services;
? Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; and,
? Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
Preferred:
? Education beyond a high school diploma.
