What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative at The Collective, you will be responsible for generating and qualify leads that result in strong client partnerships and revenue. The sales pipeline you develop will be a combination of inbound leads and self-generated outbound leads via phone, email, and social outreach. You will partner with the sales team to identify prospects, generate leads and produce a qualified pipeline of CPG brands. As an SDR, you?ll exhibit a strong understanding of the Retail Media industry and The Collective and will conduct extensive client research to identify brand objectives that can benefit from partnering with Albertsons Media Collective.

The position will be based in Boise, ID, or one of our main regional offices.

Main Responsibilities
? Connect prospective clients with The Collective and generate high-quality leads that convert to revenue
? Conduct high impact, cold outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and set meetings with qualified leads
? Qualify inbound leads by displaying a strong understanding of the industry, client needs and The Collective?s capabilities
? Conduct account research to improve lead conversion
? Build knowledge of The Collective and Albertsons to become a trusted advisor to prospects
? Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to refine go-to-market strategy for lead generation and conversion
? Partner with Sales team members to ensure a seamless handoff and alignment on lead strategy and client objectives
? Build relationships with key decision-makers by understanding pain points, business goals, and how The Collective can drive impact for their brands
? Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets including meetings set, qualified leads, and sales pipeline contributions
? Maintain detailed and accurate Salesforce hygiene

The salary range is $72,100 to $93,640 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for an incentive plan.

What We Are Searching For
? 1-3 years of sales experience
? Proven sales performance with a track record of success in a sales development or business development role
? Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects via phone, email and in person
? Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools to track performance
? Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment
? Goal-oriented, self-starter focused on achieving both individual and team goals
