Job Responsibilities: ? Contact warm leads who have shown interest in our furniture selections. ? Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through the buying process. ? Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. ? Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and chat to drive sales. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. ? Collaborate with the sales to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing preferred. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers. ? Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. ? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
