Specially trained, the Certified Nursing Assistant conducts personal care services for patients in their homes, while following the instructions and supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
? Support guests or patients as they are admitted, transferred, or discharged. Maintain routine checks to verify that their personal care necessities are being fulfilled as per their desires and the designated care regimen.
? Review the care plans daily to ascertain if there are any modifications in the daily care schedule for the guest or patient.

Qualifications
? Job seekers must have their CNA license certification completed before being selected for the position.
? It is necessary to maintain CPR and fingerprint clearance card credentials.
? It is advantageous for candidates to have accumulated six months of experience as a CNA/LNA.
? Recent practical engagement in the care and support provided by long-term care facilities, skilled nursing centers, or transitional rehabilitation programs
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
