Conduct market research to identify potential real estate development opportunities in the state of Florida.
Analyze financial data and perform cost-benefit analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed development projects.
Prepare detailed project feasibility reports and make recommendations for development strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure project objectives are aligned with state goals and regulations.
Utilize real estate principles and industry knowledge to assess potential risks and opportunities for development projects.
Communicate effectively with team members, government officials, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Monitor and track real estate market trends and economic indicators to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate development in Florida.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support the state's real estate development initiatives.
Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to the overall development strategy for the state.
Represent the state in meetings, conferences, and other events related to real estate development.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all research, analysis, and project information.
