Sandusky Bay Consulting LLC is seeking highly skilled and experienced Project and Change Management professionals to join our team of instructors. We provide in-person and virtual training instruction for clients in project and organizational change management principles and practices. Courses offered to our clients range from introductory courses that cover high-level concepts/structure of the course topic and provide basic tools for immediate use by participants to advanced boot-camp-style courses that are designed to prepare participants for professional certification examinations such as the Project Management Professional (PMP)?, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)? and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)?. Our course curriculums are aligned with the professional guidelines of the certifying governing bodies for each credential.

Role Description

This posting is for a contract on-site role for trainers located in Tallahassee, FL, United States. The trainers will be responsible for delivering instruction based on the curriculum and materials provided by Sandusky Bay Consulting. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, change management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Duties include reviewing training materials for clarity and instruction, conducting in-person training sessions, sharing real-world case studies and personal anecdotes to reinforce learning, providing one-on-one instruction and guidance during working sessions, conducting in-class assessments and recording class attendance and completion.

Key Responsibilities: ? Deliver comprehensive training program content on project management and change management topics. ? Utilize best practices in delivering training content to maximize learning. ? Conduct training sessions for participants at various levels of experience. ? Assess the effectiveness of training progress and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. ? Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and change management. ? Evaluate and report on the progress and performance of training participants.

Qualifications: ? Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) and change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable. ? Proven experience as a trainer or educator in project management and change management is highly desirable. ? Experience as a practitioner in project management and change management is required. ? Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management principles (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR, etc.). ? Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training and interacting with participants. ? Ability to create engaging and effective training environments. ? Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:
? Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
? Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of different audiences.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
