Education and Training: Provide education and training to nursing staff, patients, and families on best practices for managing health conditions and promoting wellness. Professional Nurses play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting the professional development of others. ? Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects to enhance patient care outcomes and safety. Professional Nurses contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the healthcare organization.

Requirements: ? Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. ? BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. ? Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience. ? Demonstrated leadership and management skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ? Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. ? Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. ? Current RN license in the state of practice. ? ACLS certification preferred. ?
