Our client is seeking a Product Manager in Orlando, FL.
Role Description
? Performs market and industry analysis of trends and conditions for products, platforms, and features for the relevant product line.
? Defines strategy, vision, & prioritizes product roadmap.
? Engages with business leadership to deeply understand unarticulated needs, successes, and new opportunities; then conveys that information to the team in a manner that is traceable and useful.
? Uses data, strategic direction, and feedback loops, prioritizing high value outcomes first.
? Understanding of the latest product management frameworks and theories and how to apply them to drive impactful experiences.
? Uses the Agile framework, specifically with an MVP and iterative approach, partners and collaborates with engineering team to ensure the right work is prioritized and delivered; communicates effectively to stakeholders.
? Brings to bear techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, and transparency for the team while promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation.
? Effectively onboards customers and stakeholders to new releases and functionality.
? Communicate expectations to partners, leaders, and customers, and optimally resets expectations as priorities or deliverables shift.
? Work to gather requirements for all aspects of a project, collaborating with all impacted teams including creative and technology for agreement.
? Drive implementation of a business digital and technology roadmap by ensuring the development teams understand the product goals and priority.
? Document features by translating the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, prioritized needs, etc.)
? Primary representative for product management in all daily activities related to the roll-out of a product/enhancement, serving as an important resource for the team, escalating to leadership.
? Support defect triage activities by working with technical, creative and production teams to identify cause through resolution, providing support and escalation for blockers/impediments.
? Assist in creating and implementing a strategy to create a Product-Centric team for Cast and Crew facing applications.
Skills & Requirements
? Minimum 5 years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s), working with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
? Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.
? Experience presenting out on Product performance and success of programs.
? Ability to lead others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
? Ability to think strategically and guide ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
? Experience collaborating with and achieve results through partnerships with others and the capability to interact within all leadership levels.
? Experience identifying technical, user and business issues in an organization.
? Experience with Agile software development methodology.
