    Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Provide product recommendations and information to customers
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
    Skills:
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop layout
  • Strong customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
  • Knowledge of electronics sales is beneficial
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
  • Good phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
