Help develop a comprehensive hiring goal tracking system. Work closely with recruiting leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem solving and business inquiries. Scope requirements, design and support adoption for all recruiting dashboards. Translate sophisticated findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences. Communicate analyses and recommendations to various multi-functional partners. Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies. Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time critical data requests to assist recruiting operations, insights to influence critical initiatives and support quarterly business reviews. Pull, coordinate, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from various sources. Analyze and report on people metrics on a regular cadence (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), answering descriptive questions as well as making predictions.
