The Opportunity
We're seeking a New Home Sales Consultant (ADU) to join our client's sales team. This role offers the chance to be part of a company at the forefront of a rapidly growing market in ADU design and construction. You'll have the opportunity to drive sales in a high-demand market, with plenty of inbound leads and the potential for significant earnings.
What You'll Do
? Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs
? Conduct in-person and video sales presentations to qualified warm leads
? Drive to prospective customers' homes in the Greater Sacramento Area to take measurements using advanced tech devices
? Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, maintaining a high conversion rate
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions
? Utilize AI, CRM, and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline
? Participate in team meetings and training sessions
What You Bring
? A minimum of 2 years of proven B2C sales experience in ADUs, Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management within the U.S. market
? A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
? In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
? Full professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2 American English)
? Ideally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language
? Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, AI tools, and other sales software
? A valid CA driving license and a car, with the ability to work from the North Highlands office and drive throughout the Greater Sacramento Area
