As part of their role, the Merchandising Specialist is tasked with elevating the presence and prominence of the Pepsico Beverages selection through strategic sales methodologies and efficient merchandising solutions across diverse customer channels. Essential tasks involve extending product distribution, enhancing sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer care within specified customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution:
? Guarantee the consistent availability of Pepsico products like Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Rockstar, Bang, and similar items.
? Grow sales figures and enhance product availability through the management of allocated accounts.
? Reach out to potential clients to explore novel business prospects that could boost the availability of products and diversify packaging alternatives in specified territories.
? Arrange and upkeep equipment to aid in product distribution efficiency and capitalize on sales prospects.
Customer Relations:
? Ensure exceptional customer care for assigned customer accounts and demonstrate the value proposition of Pepsico? Service Advantage initiative.
? Foster meaningful bonds with customers to secure their satisfaction and allegiance.
? Collaborate with store managers and decision-makers to sway the placement of products and increase brand presence.
Merchandising & Promotion:
? Harness the power of POS materials to stimulate interest and drive revenue growth in retail settings.
? Develop successful strategies for marketing goods, construct eye-catching showcases, secure shelving positions, and verify conformity with local and national operational campaigns.
? The regular resetting of stores is crucial for optimizing the arrangement of products on shelves and improving their positioning.
Reporting & Compliance:
? Ensure that the company's sales strategies and guidelines are followed consistently.
? Record meticulously all sales interactions, customer associations, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Possesses a sales-oriented approach with a track record of achieving or surpassing goals. ? Skill in effective product promotion and the creation of visually enticing exhibits. ? Familiarity with evolving patterns and customer inclinations in the beverage industry. ? Demonstrates exceptional skills in time allocation and maintaining order.
Education & Experience:
? Candidates should have completed high school or an equivalent qualification, with a college degree being advantageous.
