THE WORK

As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring material availability, and coordinating workflow to meet operational requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency by working cross-functionally with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, preparing, and issuing production schedules to ensure a controlled flow of materials and components.
Coordinating material movement between warehouse and production areas.
Monitoring work in progress, addressing potential production challenges, and advising management on status updates.
Scheduling equipment and personnel while confirming material supply and demand.
Managing work orders and purchase requests based on production schedules and inventory needs.
Collaborating with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control to facilitate workflow.
Managing offload purchase orders and expediting shortages with internal and external stakeholders.
Pulling data, leading meetings, and supporting aircraft production, spares, and work-in-progress (WIP) control.

• SAP experience
• Warehousing experience
• Solumina experience
• Experience coordinating with internal/external customers.
• Create and manage forecasts for various raw materials and unrestricted hardware (purchase request creation to purchase order conversions).
• Work closely with warehouse to manage larger items to support production.
