Marketing Analyst
Posted 2025-04-24The Marketing Analyst creates, implements, and oversees digital communications programs that effectively describe and promote DHL and its products and services. This role also analyzes statistical data and preparing analysis to support the various needs of assigned DHL business units; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary. Collaborates with Designers, Programmers and Site Developers to create, manage and improve the digital interactions of all DHL Express U.S. customers
Supports and initiates changes and edits to the customer facing US website. Maintain and enforce editorial style guidelines, including user experience, and tone of voice objectives. Analyzes web traffic information, projections and other meaningful data to uncover customer, producat and operational insights. Analyzes statistical data and produces reporting to support identify drivers and opportunities; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary.
