The Certified Nursing Assistant receives specialized training to effectively carry out personal care duties for patients at their homes, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
? Assist visitors or patients throughout the admission, transfer, or discharge stages. Regularly monitor each individual to ensure that their personal care needs align with their preferences and the documented care plan.
? Continuously review the care plans to ascertain if there have been any adjustments in the daily care schedule for the individual.

Qualifications
? Prior to recruitment, candidates must have completed the necessary CNA license certification.
? It is mandatory to hold a valid CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card.
? Candidates with at least six months of experience as a CNA/LNA are given preference.
? Recent personal involvement in the realm of long-term care facilities, skilled nursing centers, or transitional rehabilitation programs
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
