What You?ll Do:
? Lead energizing, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes that help participants reach their fitness goals.
? Create and deliver exciting, results-driven workouts that are inclusive, fun, and motivating.
? Build strong relationships with your participants and help them in their fitness journey.
? Provide guidance on proper form, techniques, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout experience for all skill levels.
? Additional tasks as needed

What We?re Looking For:
? Must be at least 18 years of age.
? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
? Must obtain First Aid; CPR/AED, within 30 days of hire date.
? When assigned to Certified or Group Fitness: National Fitness Certification or valid certification for the specific class(es) assigned, within 30 days of hire date.
? Six (6) months of formal fitness or classroom teaching, or related experience; or, an equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
? Provide courteous and efficient service to the public and in responding to inquiries, complaints and requests in a fair, tactful and firm manner.
? Able to develop fitness routines that incorporates music, tempo, cueing techniques, rhythm, and choreography
? Able to develop and implement fitness classes appropriate to the class description and ability level of participants.
? Supervise multiple games and activities simultaneously.
? Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
? Operate basic computer programs.
? Able to write reports and fill out forms.
? Use critical thinking and judgement while assessing situations.
