Finish Dozer Operator

Responsibilities:
• Must have prior experience in finish dozer operation.

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, concrete mixers, tankers, backhoes, Caterpillar machines, front loader trucks, and dump trucks
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
• Adhere to project specifications and deadlines

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is required
• Proficient in finish grading on bulldozers
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
