Overview

Sloane & Company (?Sloane?) is looking for a driven, self-starter to join the team as an executive assistant. This role supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and the President with all aspects of their daily schedules.

Applicants must be based in our New York office and willing to adhere to our hybrid office policy (in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, unless otherwise specified by the CEO).

Responsibilities
? Scheduling and managing the CEO?s, CGO?s, and President?s respective calendars by providing direct access to them while ensuring their time is respected and maximized.
? Organizing international and domestic travel and assisting in submitting necessary personal and client-related expenses.
? Organizing client and internal meetings including scheduling, setting up meeting space, catering, and organizing meeting materials.
? Serving as a liaison between departments and leadership on behalf of the CEO, CGO, and President regarding internal and external initiatives and client relations.
? Assisting business development efforts including meeting coordination, research, and compiling reports.
? Leading company-wide initiatives and internal communications including organizing the all-staff meeting and coordinating staff recognition awards.
? Collaborating with the Office Manager to maintain the New York office common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring they are organized and presentable.

Qualifications
? 2-5 years of experience supporting an executive through prior work as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler.
? A self-starter mentality and willingness to take initiative.
? Strong writing and research skills with thorough knowledge of AP Style.
? Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
? Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes and to work well in a fast-paced environment.
? Experience exercising good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
? Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlines.

Sloane is committed to pay equity. The Company believes the target base compensation in this role is $68,000-$75,000. In addition to base salary, Sloane considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
