Posted 2025-04-24About the position
Eden Springs Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurses to join our family. Conveniently located on Hwy 319/Crawfordville Highway, we offer a family-friendly work environment in healthcare. We are looking to fill full-time positions for weekend doubles, specifically from 7 am to 11 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We welcome new graduates and those new to long-term care (LTC), as we provide training for those who bring a positive and compassionate attitude. Our team is committed to providing excellent care to our residents, and we are looking for individuals who share this commitment. As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with residents and their families. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we strive to create a supportive environment for our staff. In addition to a rewarding work experience, we offer excellent benefits for full-time staff, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. We also provide life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short- and long-term disability insurance. Full-time employees are eligible for cash benefits for vacation, holiday, and sick time. We are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time LPNs and $4,000 for full-time RNs.
