Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated person with an eye for detail to join our team. You must be able to accommodate the customer as this is a evening position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This is a W2 position and is paid weekly. Work hours are Monday - Friday starting after 5pm and is upto 2 hours each evening.

Duties:

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors

• Maintain and stock cleaning supplies

• Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized

• Handle waste disposal and recycling

• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed

• Assist with setting up for events or meetings

Skills:

• Experience in industrial cleaning and floor care

• Be relaible and on time

• Must have own reliable vehicle

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to work either independently or as part of a team

• Professional attitude

• Self motivated and productive

• Good communication skills

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Proficiency in custodial and facilities maintenance work

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices

• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organizing tasks
