The Electrical Apprentice / Helper position at Strada Electric & Security is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced installers on various electrical projects, assisting them in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. You will be expected to follow the guidance of the project foreman or leader, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. In this apprenticeship, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including the installation of electrical systems both indoors and outdoors. You will learn to install and bend different types of conduits such as EMT, PVC, and GRC, as well as handle various cable systems. Safety is a top priority, and you will be required to adhere to all safety procedures while using hand tools, power tools, and ladders. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on learning the trade and developing your technical skills. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. You will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as reliable transportation to commute to various job sites throughout the greater Orlando area. Following written and verbal instructions in English is essential, and candidates must be able to pass a full background check and drug test. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for those with a high school diploma or equivalent, and while previous electrical experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities
? Assist with the installation of various electrical systems, both indoor and outdoor.
