Develop and drive the overall user experience strategy for PayPal, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Lead a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Set and maintain high standards for design quality and consistency across all products and platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user-centered design, and apply them to drive innovation and improve the overall user experience.

Develop and manage the design budget, making strategic decisions to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.

Communicate and present design strategies, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support.

Foster a customer-centric culture within the design team and across the organization, emphasizing the importance of understanding and meeting the needs of our users.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline design workflows and increase efficiency and productivity.

Stay accountable for the user experience design team's deliverables and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop design solutions that align with PayPal's brand and values.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights to inform design decisions.

Continuously evaluate and improve the overall user experience, incorporating user feedback and data-driven insights.

Represent PayPal as an industry leader in user experience design at conferences, events, and other speaking engagements.
